Tops Markets Assume Control Of Local BiLo Stores

Friday February 5, 2010 The former BiLo Markets in Canton and in Troy are now operating under the ownership of Tops Markets, a chain with headquarters in Buffalo, New York.

The transition took place after closing on Wednesday, January 27 and the stores opened for business as usual on Thursday under the control of Tops.

New signage, uniforms, labels and similar changes are expected to be completed sometime in February.
