7. Fees and Services.

Searching for, communicating with and using TheCantonSentinel.com are free services. TheCantonSentinel.com does not allow any other internet database service providers to advertise on the TheCantonSentinel.com’s web site. A $5,000 advertising surcharge will be billed to any database service provider; including but not limited to employees, affiliates, consultants or partners of said service provider that is registered with TheCantonSentinel.com and actively promotes their goods or services without prior approval from TheCantonSentinel.com. This surcharge will be billed to company of record within 30 days after account activation and must be paid within five (5) business days.

Our Fees and Credits Policy is incorporated herein by reference. We may change our Fees and Credits Policy and the fees for our services from time to time. Changes to the policy are effective after we provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice of the change by email, fax or regular first class mail. However, we may choose to temporarily change our Fees and Credits Policy and the fees for our services for promotional events and any such changes are effective upon and during the posting of the temporary promotional event on the Web site. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

8. Compliance with Federal and State Civil Rights Acts.
